Stand Your Ground: Protecting Your Energy
Join us for a workshop in which we'll ground our energy through visualization and meditation and learn to actively protect our energy. We will do real-time experiments to learn what energy feels like to the individual and begin to discern what's ours and what's not. Of course, we'll bring a few crystal allies into the mix and learn what it's like to hold a stone in partnership to further protect our field.

Offered are different ways to sense and work with energy with real-time practical application. Through combining a gentle visualization to ground yourself while applying a crystal protocol, and including a side of MELT breathing, the aim is to give you confidence as you approach the end of the year.

MELT Your Fascia, Move Your Lymph
This class will begin with a simple sequence of activating your lymphatic system. Then we'll MELT our hands and feet using the hand and foot therapy balls and develop our Body Sense. All levels welcome.

This class will explore what fascia is and how it supports and stabilizes us. We’ll also learn what to do to keep it supple and hydrated and develop our Body Sense using MELT Hand and Foot Therapy Balls. All levels welcome.
